To get the correct size for a toggle bracelet:  Use a soft tape measure or string around the wrist and add 1 inch.  See the chart below and select the closest measurement. 

To get the correct size for a stretch bracelet: Use a soft tape measure or string around the wrist and add 1/2" .  See the chart below and select the closest measurement. 

Adult:

X-small= 6.5"

Small= 7.0"

Med= 7.5"

Large= 8.0"

Child:

X-small= 5"

Small= 5.5"

Med= 6.0"

Large= 6.5"
